About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned executive to lead our sales and marketing efforts as Head of Sales & Marketing. This key position will drive our global growth strategy, leveraging your expertise to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining business relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with our product development team to ensure our products meet customer needs. You will also oversee budgeting and performance reporting, ensuring effective and profitable operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive global growth.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Product Alignment: Collaborate with the product development team to ensure our products meet customer needs.
  • Leadership Development: Manage a sales and leadership organization, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Requirements
  1. Proven track record of success in global marketing and sales, preferably within the automotive sector.
  2. Expertise in strategic planning, relationship building, and leadership development.
  3. Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
