Role Summary
As Head of Sales & Marketing, you will lead our efforts to drive growth in the global market, both through sales and marketing.
Key responsibilities include building and developing business relationships with new and existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and market trends, and developing and implementing strategies to increase sales.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating closely with our product development team, building a sales and leadership organization, and taking responsibility for budgeting and performance reporting within marketing and sales.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven track record of developing successful business and achieving sales targets
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
- Experience of aftermarket sales
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Profile
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, not afraid of challenges, and focused on securing business. You should have a positive mindset, communicate clearly, and be effective at creating and developing business relationships.
As a natural leader, you will confidently navigate complex sales cycles and take responsibility for driving the business forward with determination and professionalism.
