Global Business Development Head

The role of Global Business Development Head within Business Assurance involves developing and coordinating the global sales network at a high level, with particular attention to helping countries define their own country plans, new service development, and specific key customers' actions. We are now looking for a proactive and experienced sales manager to lead and manage our growth ambitions for the future, with a focus on business development and efficiency streams.
Key responsibilities include analyzing sales results, evaluating efficiency and improvement streams, coordinating target setting processes, driving the global sales network, collecting inputs from the sales network to improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales, reviewing and discussing geographic and individual performance, facilitating the rollout of IT systems for the sales function, including training of the sales functions, helping countries define their sales planning, working with country sales managers and peers on developing a comprehensive business development strategy, demonstrating key leadership behaviors, proactive approach towards sales representatives, contributing to a forecasting process, following up with countries for respective plans and actions, ensuring all aspects of sales activities are recorded according to business area requirements, identifying business development opportunities, supporting sales and delivery teams to propose new business, driving such opportunities from concept to implementation, executing such plans, and tracking outcomes, helping and coordinating developing new sales channels, and reviewing weekly, monthly, and quarterly growth objectives.
