Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our management team as the Head of Global Sales and Marketing. The successful candidate will lead our sales and marketing efforts globally, developing comprehensive strategies to drive growth and improve results.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
  • Oversee customer engagement and relationship-building activities
  • Identify and develop new sales channels to maximize reach and efficiency
  • Conduct market research to understand customer trends and competitor activities
  • Define and track KPIs for sales and marketing activities
  • Manage the budget for the sales and marketing departments

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership role within our company. The successful candidate will report to the President of Tool Flow Solutions and be an active member of our management team. The location for this position is either one of our Swedish sites, Tübingen, Germany, or Mebane, US.
