The Opportunity
Boozt is seeking a highly skilled Finnish speaking customer service agent to join our vibrant Customer Service Team. As a key player in our e-commerce company, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop with us.

Key Responsibilities
As our new Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-class service to our customers via phone, email, or chat. You will be our expert in handling inquiries related to product information, styling tips, stock status, shipping details, payment queries, and campaign errands.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in Finnish and English. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Previous experience in the service industry is a plus. You will also be part of a dynamic and international work environment with a culture that incorporates our values of trust, freedom, and responsibility.
