Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Norwegian Speaker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to address product or service issues
- Advise customers on the proper use of their electric appliances
- Handle customer complaints in an efficient manner
- Expediting corrections and/or adjustments; following up to ensure resolution
- Assist with the processing of refunds or exchanges
- Arrange the placement of orders
Requirements:
- High level of fluency in Norwegian
- Good communication skills in English
- Customer support/troubleshooting experience
- Familiarity with the brand is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills utilizing active listening
- Experience within the household appliance/commercial equipment industry is a plus
- Comfortable with the use of basic technology tools
- A positive, can-do attitude that shines through every interaction
