Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Swedish market, which includes a diverse range of customers from cat and dog breeders to pet special retail, veterinarian hospitals, and vet clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to our Swedish market customers.
- Act as a backup for the Danish market during absences.
- Manage orders through Navision, EDI, CRM, web shop, and mail.
- Handle credit and claims.
- Offer email and phone support.
- Drive additional sales and create value for customers.
- Support web shop customers.
- Collaborate with our logistics partner to ensure customer requirements are met.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service-related functions.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Danish is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, structured, proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Preferably experience in the FMCG industry.
