About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their complete satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
Requirements
  • Fluent spoken and written Swedish or Norwegian
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
