About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as a German-speaking Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key stakeholders in prospect accounts, identifying and connecting with decision-makers, and driving business growth through strategic outreach and inbound opportunity qualification.
You will also be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, conducting customer presentations, demos, and negotiations, and recording, documenting, and tracking sales activity and customer data in CRM and other systems.
We are looking for someone who is a team player with a 'we before me' mentality, has grit and dedication, and is passionate about sales. If you have experience selling B2B software in the mid-market space and a proven track record of hitting sales quotas, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders in prospect accounts
- Identifying and connecting with decision-makers
- Driving business growth through strategic outreach and inbound opportunity qualification
- Generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
Requirements:
- 4+ years of AE experience in B2B software sales in the Midmarket space (SaaS sales is a plus)
- Proven track record of consistently hitting sales quotas
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in verbal and written German and English
