Selling Strategy Manager

As a Selling Strategy Manager at IKEA of Sweden - Älmhult, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective selling strategies that meet our customers' needs and drive business growth. You will be responsible for leading the sales contribution and selling requirements for new and improved range development into project teams. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our sales-related requirements are met for successful customer interactions. This requires you to have a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences as well as the ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights. In this role, you will be responsible for creating content for easy buying and selling processes, defining value-based pricing strategies, and monitoring competitive landscape. You will also contribute to range and product communication, participate in commercial activation plans, and ensure Range and product knowledge content is up-to-date and accurate for retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing market insights to secure selling requirements for defined businesses.
- Creating content for easy buying and selling processes, including pricing and business cases.
- Defining value-based pricing strategies for respective product categories.
- Monitoring competitive landscape and tracking pricing KPIs.
- Identifying needs for supporting tools to enhance buying processes.
- Contributing to range and product communication by identifying easy buying and selling process requirements.
- Participating in commercial activation plans by identifying sale steering potentials.
- Ensuring Range and product knowledge content is up-to-date and accurate for retail partners.
