Customer Retention Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Retention Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement from onboarding through ongoing account management, ensuring clients maximize the impact of our platform.
You will develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and HR leaders, positioning our platform as a strategic partner and trusted advisor. Your role will focus on analyzing customer data and usage patterns to provide valuable insights and recommendations that enhance the customer experience.
A key part of your responsibilities will be proactively identifying risks, using a data-driven approach to mitigate potential challenges, and collaborating closely with customers to secure long-term success. You will also lead training sessions, workshops, and business reviews to ensure customers effectively use our platform to achieve their goals.
Additionally, you will own and drive renewal and expansion opportunities within your customer portfolio, fostering strong, long-term relationships. By executing retention strategies, addressing risks proactively, and maximizing value for each customer, you will play a critical role in our continued growth.
