Spiideo AB is a global leader in automated, cloud-based solutions for sports video analysis and streaming. We are seeking an experienced Sales Success Manager to join our Customer Success team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Media companies, Leagues, and Sports clubs in Europe with a primary focus in Southern Europe markets (Spain, Italy, etc.). Fluency in Spanish and Italian is required to effectively manage the Spain and Italian markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding & Training: help new customers get onboarded with Spiideo
  • Customer Satisfaction: delivering exceptional guidance, maximize potential
  • Renewals: proactive management to achieve company renewal targets
  • Upsell & Expansion: identify opportunities to maximize and expand usage
  • Churn management: proactively engage to reduce churn and ensure success
  • Relationship building: cultivate strong, trusted partnerships with key stakeholders

Our ideal candidate will have prior Customer Success or Sales experience (at least 2 years), professional proficiency in Spanish, Italian and English, both written and spoken, and a passion for customer success.
