Customer Success Expert

At Spiideo AB, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of media companies, leagues, and sports clubs in Europe with a primary focus on Southern European markets.
The ideal candidate will have prior customer success or sales experience and be proficient in Spanish, Italian, and English. They will also have a strong process-driven approach, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Training: Help new customers get onboarded with Spiideo's automated, cloud-based solutions for sports video analysis and streaming.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional guidance to maximize potential and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Renewals: Proactively manage renewals to achieve company targets.
- Upsell & Expansion: Identify opportunities to maximize and expand usage of Spiideo's products.
- Churn Management: Proactively engage with customers to reduce churn and ensure success.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, trusted partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Process Development: Coordinate and manage complex implementations.
