Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team at One Group AB. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Norway, providing them with exceptional customer service and support
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of our digital marketing products
  • Coordinate final revision requests and ensure successful publication of client websites
  • Handle domain and email account transfers on behalf of clients

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in client service and daily client interaction
  • Affinity for digital products and processes, with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
  • Basic understanding of website structure and design principles
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken Norwegian language skills
