Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team at One Group AB. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Norway, providing them with exceptional customer service and support
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of our digital marketing products
- Coordinate final revision requests and ensure successful publication of client websites
- Handle domain and email account transfers on behalf of clients
Requirements:
- Professional experience in client service and daily client interaction
- Affinity for digital products and processes, with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
- Basic understanding of website structure and design principles
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken Norwegian language skills
