Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST to join our team at Watu Credit. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success with our products.

About the Role:

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored customer success plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services.
  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
