Dina ansvar

Som Customer Success Manager på Fieldly har du följande ansvarsområden:

  • Att säkerställa att våra kunder får ut maximalt värde av Fieldly
  • Arbeta nära kunderna för att identifiera deras behov och ge råd och support
  • Bidra till utvecklingen av Fieldly genom feedback och idéer
  • Samarbeta med andra avdelningar för att säkerställa att kundupplevelsen är toppmodern

Krav och önskemål

  • Erfarenhet från kundtjänst eller -support
  • Teknisk kompetens och intresse för smarta lösningar
  • Eftergymnasial utbildning, gärna inom service, teknik eller ekonomi
  • Flerspråkighet, svenska och engelska på hög nivå
