Som Customer Success Manager på Fieldly har du följande ansvarsområden:
- Att säkerställa att våra kunder får ut maximalt värde av Fieldly
- Arbeta nära kunderna för att identifiera deras behov och ge råd och support
- Bidra till utvecklingen av Fieldly genom feedback och idéer
- Samarbeta med andra avdelningar för att säkerställa att kundupplevelsen är toppmodern
Krav och önskemål
- Erfarenhet från kundtjänst eller -support
- Teknisk kompetens och intresse för smarta lösningar
- Eftergymnasial utbildning, gärna inom service, teknik eller ekonomi
- Flerspråkighet, svenska och engelska på hög nivå
