About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Lisa& as a Senior Key Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the B2B financing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively generating leads and cold-calling prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, ensuring our products remain competitive and leading on the market
- Collaborate with other internal teams, including marketing and product development, to develop effective sales strategies and improve customer experience
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Stay informed about competitors' products, industry developments, and market trends to effectively position the company's products and services
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to track progress and inform decision-making processes
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events as required
- Actively contribute to a positive work environment, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of B2B financing solutions and the associated market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, with a strong focus on continuous learning and professional development
- Post-secondary education from a reputable institution, preferably in a field related to business, finance, or sales
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the financing sector, with a proven track record of success
Desirable Experience
- Experience in building and structuring CRM systems
- Previous experience from selling complex services to SMEs
- Experience from pan-European sales of more complex products or services
- Established network of leads and vendor partners
