About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Accounting Manager to join our team at ClimateTechList. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop a Team of Specialists: As a Senior Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of accounting specialists to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Drive and Develop Financial Processes: You will drive and develop the monthly closing procedures and reporting process, ensuring that all procedures are followed, including approval of journals, accuracy of accounts, review of reconciliations, and more.
  • Streamline and Improve Financial Systems: You will be responsible for streamlining and improving accounting systems and operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Global Teams: You will collaborate with global shared service centers to review the quality of information delivered and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Audit Activities: You will be responsible for managing audit activities and ensuring compliance with Swedish GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in leading and developing teams. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
