We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Account Manager to join our North ISV Sales Team at Amazon. As a Cloud Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and shaping the future of emerging cloud technology.
Key Responsibilities- Account Planning: Lead the account planning process to align AWS resources with our customers' needs.
- Executive Relationships: Build and deepen relationships with C-level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner org, and sales teams within our customers' organizations.
- Growth and Business Cycles: Drive growth and manage end-to-end business cycles, including sales, implementation, and customer success.
- Sales and Strategy: Sell at the most senior level within the account and implement a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and AWS service implementation.
- Collaboration and Support: Work collaboratively with internal AWS resources, including executives, partners, support, and solution architects, to support customer interests.
- Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in technology sales, account management, or business development.
- Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Achievement and Advancement: Demonstrable achievement of targets paralleled with continuous advancement in career.
- Language Fluency: English language fluency.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
- Enterprise Experience: Direct field experience in working with enterprise customers in the Nordics is a plus.
- Cloud Sales Experience: Sales experience with cloud, virtualization, or infrastructure solutions are a plus.
- Customer Network: Extensive customer network throughout the Nordics is a plus.
- Additional Language Skills: Additional language skills are a plus.
