Rollen som Senior Account Manager

I rollen som Senior Account Manager har du en viktig uppgift i att forma vår fortsatta utveckling. Med proaktivitet och omtanke vägleder du våra kunder till framgångsrika beslut. Du bygger och utvecklar relationer med nya och befintliga kunder och i samarbete med konsultchefer, rekryterare och andra teammedlemmar säkerställer du att våra kunder får bästa möjliga upplevelse och resultat.

Dina ansvarsområden:
  • Vinna nya kunder och utveckla befintliga kunder för att bredda din portfölj
  • Bygga nära relationer med relevanta personer på dina kundkonton
  • Uppnå överenskomna säljmål
  • Ansvara för avtalshantering och upphandling
  • Agera rådgivande kring kompetensförsörjning när våra kunder behöver förändra eller upprätthålla sin organisation
  • Omvärldsbevakning av ekonomimarknaden inom olika branscher och på ett konsultativt sätt stödja våra kunder i strategiska beslut
  • Delta i kundaktiviteter
  • Bidra med innovation, nytänkande och energi till hela säljteamet
Personliga egenskaper och kvalifikationer:
  • Du är en driven och ambitiös person med erfarenhet av försäljning inom ekonomiområdet eller av konsult- eller rekryteringstjänster
  • Brinner för att lösa kunders utmaningar med proaktivitet och omtanke
  • Drivs av att möta nya människor och har en naturlig fallenhet att bygga relationer och skapar lätt förtroende hos personer på ledningsnivå
  • Vara trygg i dig själv, har lätt för att förstå komplexa bolagssammanhang och förstå vikten av kundnytta
  • Vara affärsinriktad och systematisk med en hög energinivå och kunnig inom säljprocessens alla delar
  • Erfarenhet som KAM, AM eller motsvarande med goda resultat
  • Meriterande med bakgrund inom ekonomiområdet, men viktigast är ett högt engagemang för att vidareutveckla dina kundrelationer
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska. Körkort är ett krav
