Purpose and Scope

Nestlé SA is seeking a highly experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our team in the Nordic region. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for leading and growing our business sales with key accounts, both existing and new.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and market expansion with key customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Take full P&L responsibility for key customer accounts, including forecasting, campaign management, and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Controllers, Marketing, Channel Managers, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide informal leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior members of the team.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in key account management or a similar senior-level sales role within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing Grocery key accounts and driving sales growth.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • University degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
