As a Journey Lead at Scania Nederland B.V., you will be responsible for leading and developing our traditional sales channels. This includes working closely with operational and strategic stakeholders to improve our current way of selling, considering both process and system development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prioritizing, planning, executing, and following up on activities within the journey team.
  • Working closely with different stakeholder groups to navigate towards fulfilling Scania's commercial strategy.
  • Harmonizing different stakeholder needs and ensuring holistic alignment of the different needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant University degree and work experience.
  • A structured and well-organized way of working as well as the ability to prioritize.
  • The ability to communicate with senior leaders as well as developers.
  • High motivation, willingness to take own initiatives as well as being a team player.
  • Fluency in English.
