About the Role

We're seeking a highly entrepreneurial Head of Sales to drive our growth beyond Sweden and bring our technology to more customers. This role requires a hands-on approach, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. As a key member of our team, you'll build our sales strategy from scratch, secure key partnerships, and roll up your sleeves to get things done.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand Grönska's presence in international markets.
  • Identify and establish strong relationships with potential distributors, corporate clients, and key partners.
  • Own the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and managing partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with customer needs.
  • Be proactive and hands-on – whether it's making cold calls, meeting clients, or setting up sales processes from scratch.
Requirements
  1. Entrepreneurial & self-driven – You thrive in a dynamic startup environment where no two days are the same.
  2. A natural salesperson – You excel at understanding customer needs, building rapport, and closing deals.
  3. Strategic thinker & doer – You see the big picture but aren't afraid to get into the details.
  4. Experience in B2B sales – Ideally in tech, food, or sustainability, but we're open to different backgrounds.
  5. Fluent in English & Swedish – Additional languages are a plus as we expand internationally.
