Head of Sales and Expansion

TN Sweden is entering an exciting phase of development, seeking a skilled Head of Commercial to join our team. As a key member of the Lead team, you will be responsible for leading a passionate team, developing commercial strategies, and managing sales activities in the market.
Job Description- Create and implement sales strategies to grow our business and develop processes for pipeline management
- Develop and manage the venue portfolio strategy, including evaluating market potential and identifying gaps
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales focus areas, key account development, and new market opportunities
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting negotiations and setting up joint business plans with enterprise accounts and multinational partnerships
- Leading the entire sales and account management team, instilling a best-in-class approach, and working alongside Talent Acquisition and Development teams to recruit and develop high-performing superstars
- Being part of the lead team as a key contributor to the overall business strategies and well-being of the team
- Proven track record in managing commercial teams and leading from the front
- Excellent analytical skills, including translating data into actions and analyzing sales metrics
- Experience in the FMCG or HORECA industry, with an understanding of the food delivery tech market and competitors
- Passion for sales and networking, with strong local connections
