Job Description

The Head of Sales of DENZA Brand will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within the assigned region for the Denza Brand.

This position plays a critical role in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners to achieve the company's sales and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and market penetration within the assigned region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across functions to support sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the car industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the market, including customer preferences, distribution channels, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
