Job Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in sales, including managing the full sales cycle.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in B2B or subscription-based models.
  • Strong operational skills, with the ability to implement and streamline sales processes.
  • Experience in building a sales team and managing the team, with the ability to inspire and guide them to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in presenting to clients.
  • A solid understanding of sales tools (CRM systems) and how to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient sales processes to optimize team performance.
  • Actively manage the full sales cycle, focusing on building strong relationships with customers and driving long-term partnerships.
