Head of Channel Sales

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Nordics region. In this critical role, you will manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve set targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and systems integrators.
- Identify new sales opportunities to increase market share in established markets.
- Introduce the latest products and solutions to existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver training and support to consultants and specifiers.
- Conduct regular market analysis to determine customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate customer details, activities, and opportunities using the Salesforce CRM tool.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience managing key accounts in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets and meet performance expectations.
- Previous experience selling Physical Access Control solutions preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce.com CRM platform desired.
