We're looking for a highly skilled Partnership Development Specialist to join our team at Elements. As a key player in our embedded partnership model, your role will involve developing and implementing impactful hiring plans that meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivery on Partner Projects: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement impactful hiring plans.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Build and nurture strong relationships with senior partner stakeholders.
- Hiring Targets: Meet and exceed hiring targets.
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of managing end-to-end hiring processes in fast-paced environments and experience leading or mentoring teams. Analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategies and decisions are also essential.
