Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager at Nike, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key partners in the Nordics. You will work closely with our internal teams to drive business growth and success, while ensuring exceptional service to our partners and customers.
Your ability to think strategically and collaborate effectively will be essential in delivering outstanding results. You will analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics, and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Maintaining strong relationships with key partners, including regular communication and issue resolution
- Collaborating with our internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and programs
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Providing sales guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a retail or B2B environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Flexibility to travel to key partner locations to build relationships and drive business growth
