Celonis is a leader in process mining technology, and we are seeking a skilled Process Mining Specialist to join our team.
As a key member of our team, you will leverage industry-leading process mining technology and AI to unlock productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Strong Relationships: Foster close ties with C-level executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners to embed Celonis solutions into their strategic plans.
- Drive Value Realization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, client satisfaction, and adoption targets.
- Mentor and Coach Team Members: Provide guidance, support, and feedback to ensure team success and growth.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience required.
- Strong experience driving large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
- Experience working in the Pharma & Life Sciences space, familiar with current challenges, strategic direction, and ongoing initiatives.
