We're Proposales AB, a company revolutionizing the way hotels create and send business proposals. As a Business Partner, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their desired outcomes with our innovative solution.

You'll be responsible for managing customer portfolios, onboarding new clients, and ensuring successful adoption of our product. Your goal will be to drive expansion within your accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring clients maximize the value of our solution.

You'll work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure alignment and maximize impact. You'll also provide feedback to the Product team to help shape the future of Proposales based on customer insights.

About The Job:
  1. Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing their questions and concerns to ensure seamless adoption of our product.
  2. Account Management: Manage customer relationships, building trust and rapport with key stakeholders to drive long-term success.
  3. Growth Strategy: Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue and expand customer relationships.
  4. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align sales strategies and product roadmaps with customer needs.
