Business Growth Specialist for Industrial Clients

At Dewesoft, we are seeking a Business Growth Specialist for Industrial Clients to join our team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the Swedish market.
You will work closely with our teams in Norway and Slovenia, as well as colleagues from other countries, to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Your primary objective will be to grow our sales and customer base in Sweden.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and take the lead in finding new opportunities. A proven track record of sales excellence and revenue growth, along with relevant industry experience, is essential.
The position requires a strong customer orientation, good IT knowledge, and the ability to travel for customer visits approximately 40-50% of the time.
