TN Sweden is a company dedicated to providing high-quality lighting solutions. We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist - Lighting to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a background in B2B sales, preferably from the lighting industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and researching potential customers, building strong relationships that drive future sales and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Sharing sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor information with the organisation to adapt to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Developing long-term sales strategies for customers and accounts based on recommendations.
- Monitoring, supporting, and adjusting sales activities to meet business objectives.
- Creating annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans, prioritising tasks to ensure targets are met.
- Training other sales representatives on the technical aspects of our products and services to help them achieve their goals.
Requirements
- A background in B2B sales, preferably from the lighting industry.
- A well-established network of contacts in the Stockholm and wider Swedish region.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- An ambitious, self-motivated, and well-structured approach.
- The ability to find new leads and engage with new prospects to drive growth and profitability.
- Excellent presentation skills and technique, combined with charisma and personality.
- A relevant technical education is an added benefit.
