To drive success with us, you need to bring your human best. As a Strategic Sales Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for administering our CRM system and ensuring accurate data collection. Your role will involve handling the sales process in the system, based on business requirements, and developing business plans within the sales process with analytics and insights.

In this dynamic role, you will participate in various projects, working with different tools and programs to bring project vision into reality. You will also support the sales force in using our CRM system, including training them on the tool and sharing best practices.

We are looking for a highly analytical individual with proven work experience in planning. A degree or equivalent experience in a similar role is essential. Excellent computer skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint are required, as well as fluency in verbal and written English and Swedish.

Previous experience working with CRM systems and Power BI is beneficial, while previous experience in the FMCG industry is considered an advantage.
