As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue in the Nordic Personal Health market. You will be responsible for developing and executing customer strategies, building relationships, and driving profitable growth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Sales Growth:
- Drive sell-out and profitable growth according to agreed targets.
Market Share:
- Grow our Green logo products in the channel, increasing market share and revenue.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Nurture and develop existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Trade Shopper, Logistics, and Finance, to ensure seamless execution of strategies and plans.
Requirements and QualificationsStrategic Sales Experience:
- Proven experience in strategic sales, with a track record of driving growth and revenue in the FMCG sector.
Customer-Facing Skills:
- Ability to translate customer strategies into actionable plans, building strong relationships and opening doors for growth.
- Capacity to inspire and coach others, driving a customer-first attitude across the team.
Market Insight and Analysis:
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, with the ability to translate insights into opportunities for growth.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
