International Sales Professional

Join our dynamic team as an International Sales Professional and help us drive growth in the Norwegian market. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to pursue them.
About the JobYou'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans. Your primary focus will be on managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Norwegian market.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction with our HR-tech solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans to pursue them.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
You should have excellent English language skills and a strong understanding of the Norwegian market. A background in sales, business development, or marketing is required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.
