Job Opportunity:

As a sales professional for our German market, you'll have the opportunity to engage with decision-makers across various industries. You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads in the German market.
  • Build relationships with HR managers, CEOs, and decision-makers.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations showcasing the value of our HR system.
  • Manage the sales journey from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Set and achieve personal sales targets with ongoing support.
  • Contribute to market expansion and growth in Germany.

Qualifications:

  • Native German speaker with excellent English skills.
  • Experience in HR, recruitment, or customer service is advantageous.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in working with systems and willing to learn our HR-tech platform.
