About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Tech Sales Professional to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving growth in the German market.

Your Main Responsibilities
  1. Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities in the German market through targeted outreach and research.
  2. Client Outreach: Build relationships with HR managers, CEOs, and decision-makers across various industries to promote our client's HR system.
  3. Sales Demos: Showcase the value of our client's HR system through engaging product demonstrations.
  4. Manage Full Sales Cycle: From lead generation to closing deals, you will take ownership of the sales journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Native German, Swedish and excellent English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in HR, recruitment, leadership, or customer service is beneficial.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships.
