We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German Account Executive to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our presence in the German market.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, understand their needs, and develop customized solutions to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering engaging product demonstrations.

  1. Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities in the German market.
  2. Develop and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with HR managers, CEOs, and decision-makers across various industries.
  3. Deliver Engaging Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging product demonstrations showcasing the value of our HR system.
  4. Take Ownership of the Sales Journey: Take ownership of the sales journey from lead generation to closing deals.
  5. Set and Achieve Personal Sales Targets: Set and achieve personal sales targets with continuous guidance and support.
  6. Contribute to Market Expansion: Contribute to market expansion in Finland for our client's HR-tech solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native German, Swedish and excellent English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in HR, recruitment, leadership, or customer service is beneficial.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships.
  • Comfortable working with systems and eager to learn the HR-tech platform.
