Work International is seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for new clients within Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the German market.
- Build relationships with HR managers, CEOs, and decision-makers.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations showcasing the value of our HR system.
- Manage the sales journey from lead generation to closing deals.
- Set and achieve personal sales targets with ongoing support.
- Contribute to market expansion and growth in Germany.
Requirements:
- Native German speaker with excellent English skills.
- Experience in HR, recruitment, or customer service is advantageous.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field is beneficial.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in working with systems and willing to learn our HR-tech platform.
