Sales Executive CRM Workflows

The Senior Solution Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the market success of ServiceNow's CRM Workflows product suite. This product is built on ServiceNow's Now platform and applies service management and CRM disciplines to improve organisational service relationships with customers through a 360-degree improvement in customer service processes.

The Senior Solution Sales Executive will drive sales revenue, within existing accounts and with new logos, by working closely with the wider ServiceNow sales ecosystem, with the support of a dedicated Solution Consultant, to deliver territory planning, account planning, forecasting, using business development techniques and field-based sales activities to ensure success in generating and closing revenue opportunities.
This position demands a highly motivated individual with strong sales, communication, and organisational skills eager to learn and become part of a rapidly growing company.
- Drive end-to-end sales initiatives focused on specific use cases in customer service business process solutions.
- Work closely with sales teams to accelerate opportunities and provide comprehensive product and industry insight to customers.
- Coach & enable account teams with specialty solution area knowledge to effectively identify solution opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
- Articulate customer success strategies to the field to streamline and standardise CRM solution presentations and value proposition.
- Become a trusted advisor to our community of customers.
