Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with regional and global key accounts to grow sales revenue in the sensing solutions segment.
  2. Collaborate with other sales teams to establish strategic partnerships and drive sales growth.
  3. Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their applications and needs for sensing products.
  4. Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to cash generation by prescribing and quoting sensing products.
  5. Develop action plans for key OEMs and manage relevant opportunities in Salesforce.
  6. Coordinate sales and support activities with application engineers as needed.
  7. Communicate industry trends and competitor information to drive business decisions.
  8. Facilitate coordination between sales and other departments, such as marketing and logistics.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

  1. Experience in B2B sales or sales support functions, preferably in the sensing solutions industry.
  2. Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in engineering, business, marketing, economics, or finance.
  3. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts.
  5. Professional communication skills.
  6. Experience in CRM software and common computer software, such as MS Office 365 and Salesforce.
