Regional Sales Driver for HVAC and Water Products

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional to join our team As a Regional Sales Driver for HVAC and Water Products, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue in the HVAC and water segment.
  2. Build strong relationships with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing and new key accounts.
  4. Manage the sales cycle, including opportunity identification, quotation, and cash generation.
  5. Develop action plans for key OEMs and manage relevant opportunities in Salesforce.
  6. Coordinate sales and support activities with application engineers as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in B2B sales or sales support functions, preferably in the HVAC and water industry.
  2. Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in engineering, business, marketing, economics, or finance.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software and common computer software, such as MS Office 365 and Salesforce.
