Strategic Enterprise Partnership Specialist

At Ansys, we are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. This critical role will be responsible for developing and executing a long-term global account plan to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Business Development
- Perform sales activities to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Maintain renewal business and generate new business to meet/exceed sales quota.
- Collaboration and Partnership
- Collaborate globally with account teams, product specialists, and other functions within Ansys to ensure a synergistic approach to the account.
- Support business case development and approach to deliver sustainable growth.
- Customer Engagement and Satisfaction
- Monitor customer satisfaction and communicate customer concerns to the full account team, sales management, and others who serve the customer.
- Communicate Ansys' commitment to the customer and actively manage customer expectations.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in technical, engineering, business or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of successful technical sales experience with a proven track record of success or 4+ years of successful technical sales experience.
- General knowledge of competitors and account ecosystem.
- Fluent in English and in the local language of the territory.
