Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead our Swedish Sales Team, comprising business developers and account executives. Achieve predetermined targets while protecting and promoting team culture.
- Business Growth: Scale your business together with the team in a sustainable way, motivate and inspire your team to achieve high performance, and contribute to the implementation of regional strategies using sales and marketing levers.
- Market Expansion: Grow the market footprint by ensuring local customers become ambassadors, generating opportunities and working closely with other teams to deliver market insights.
- Pipeline Management: Forecast revenue and potential business growth in the region, emphasize the importance of pipeline management, and ensure Business Development Team generates enough leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Hire, train, lead, and retain a top-performing team.
- Onboarding: Manage and support the onboarding process.
- Coaching/Training: Act as a coach to ensure adoption of global processes and best practices, motivate and inspire your team to achieve high performance, conduct shadow sessions, roleplays, call/meeting analysis, and quizzes.
- About 5 years of experience in a business/people/sales role.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Highly people-oriented, ambitious, energized, and target-oriented.
