About This OpportunityThis role requires a skilled Senior Sales Strategy & Planning Analyst who can partner with Senior Sales leadership to drive market + segment specific analyses.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business and compensation rules to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and pilot new programs.
- Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Participate in quarterly and annual business planning to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.).
- 5+ years of work experience in either Sales Strategy, Consulting, Sales Operations, or Analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
