We are looking for a Radiation Oncology Sales Expert to join our team in driving sales and business development across the Nordic region. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for developing commercial action plans to drive sales and after-sales service solutions, identifying and qualifying customer needs across our full product suite, and managing public tenders from initial engagement to contract signing.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience, represent us at congresses and industry events, identify new business opportunities, provide customer feedback to shape product development and strategy, and monitor and analyze competitor strategies in the market.

To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a clinical or business-related field, OR equivalent experience in the medical device industry. Knowledge in Radiotherapy, Radiosurgery, or Radiation Oncology workflows is beneficial, along with a proven track record in capital medical equipment sales and negotiation.

You will thrive in a hybrid or remote role with significant travel, building strong partnerships with customers, and possessing fluency in English and additional Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish).
