We are seeking an Oncology Portfolio Account Manager to drive business growth across the Nordic region. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for developing Elekta's installed base and increasing turnover within your geographical area.

Your main objectives will be to develop and execute commercial action plans to drive sales and after-sales service solutions, identify and qualify customer needs across our full product suite, and manage public tenders from initial engagement to contract signing.

You will foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, conduct regular visits to both Elekta and competitor installed bases to stay ahead of purchasing decisions, and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a clinical or business-related field, OR equivalent experience in the medical device industry. Knowledge in Radiotherapy, Radiosurgery, or Radiation Oncology workflows is beneficial, as well as a proven track record in capital medical equipment sales and negotiation.

You will thrive in a hybrid or remote role with significant travel, building strong partnerships with customers, and possessing fluency in English and additional Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish).
