Your Role

You will play a crucial role in expanding our business in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, create and execute strategies to increase market share, and collaborate closely with product and marketing teams.

Your Qualifications

  1. At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the automotive aftersales/aftermarket or car parts industry.
  2. Familiarity with the Finnish and Baltic automotive markets and business culture.
  3. A strong business mindset and a proven ability to drive growth in new regions.
  4. Proactive, self-motivated, and thriving in an international, fast-paced environment.
  5. Fluency in both Finnish and English, with additional languages such as Estonian or Latvian being a plus.
