About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our clean energy efforts in Sweden and Finland. As Country Manager, you will be responsible for driving our growth across the region, elevating our brand, and expanding our sales and market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for market share expansion across all of Sungrow's segments, including PV, ESS, and EV Charging.
  • Lead a talented team of clean energy enthusiasts, fostering an inclusive culture of innovation, collaboration, and sustainable success.
  • Cultivate relationships with key industry players, partners, and stakeholders, promoting our clean energy solutions.
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities, building a network of clean energy advocates.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements, ensuring our fiscal health remains robust.
  • Serve as a passionate ambassador for sustainability and renewable energy, promoting solar power to customers, regulators, and the wider community.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of successful business development, sales, and leadership in the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge lasting relationships and build a dynamic team.
  • A strategic thinker who can navigate the clean energy landscape, identifying trends and translating them into action.
  • A deep commitment to sustainability and a passion for accelerating the clean energy revolution.
